Last year, Forest 2 Home extended a special invitation to those in our program to participate in the first Mental Health Action Day on May 20. We partnered with MTV to encourage our community to take the first step towards mental health action. Resources and tools were made available for people to seek help in a myriad of ways including how to leverage woodworking to remove stress of daily life as well as stress that come from even serious conditions like PTSD.
