Hard Maple is a light cream color with subtle red undertones. This hardwood’s density and smooth texture adds durability and a polished look to your various interior projects. It is straight-grained and machines well. It's fine texture makes for an excellent surface for polishing or staining. These boards are surfaced-two-sides with rough edges. Our hardwood isn’t a finished thickness (hit or miss) and may still require you to flatten, plane, shape or sand your boards to fit your project. Expect random widths and lengths in this box. Also note the lumber is surfaced to 13/16" thickness.
